Shannon's Philosophy

In the ever-changing San Francisco landscape, she is consistently known professionally for her attention to detail, follow-through, getting her clients the highest possible price whether they are selling or negotiating to purchase, and her genuine excitement about being part of the process.

Experiencing San Francisco

When Shannon is not working, she is busy donating time to the arts, including the San Francisco Opera Guild, California Pacific Medical Center and other non-profits. She has two children and enjoys traveling, cooking, checking out the latest new San Francisco restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

Smooth & Stress-Free

Shannon always goes the extra mile to ensure her Clients’ success. Her clients are always amazed at the ease of the process, that all the details were well tended to and how much they enjoyed the smooth and stress-free communication – with Shannon updating them every step of the way. “Communication is so important as my Clients embark on one of the biggest financial journeys in their lives,” says Shannon. “I am passionate about helping my clients with their real estate needs and proud to say that I stay in touch with every client I have ever worked with”.

What I love

"I love what I do, it would be impossible for me to give it up; not only because I get to assist in building my clients’ dream but also being able to participate in Compass Cares. A portion of every commission goes to Compass Cares, which gives back to the local community.”

"Shannon takes the San Francisco market to another level! One reason is the rare combination of her ethics/integrity coupled with intelligence, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I would recommend Shannon to anyone looking to sell their home..."

Background: Bay Area native and have lived in San Francisco for 20 years.

Education: Graduate of Santa Clara University, B.A. broadcast journalism, minor in French.

Favorite SF restaurant: The Tailor’s Son. This neighborhood restaurant has a great atmosphere and I love their pasta. If I have room for dessert, I will walk over to Salt & Straw for an ice cream cone!

Favorite book: Horse by Geraldine Brooks. I was hooked from page one. I loved the style of the book being set in the present day to going back in time to the 1800’s. Very well written!

Favorite destination: Napa for local travel, Hawaii or New York for a longer vacation.

Causes: SF Opera Guild, the guild raises money to bring opera to schools in the Bay Area.

Downtime: Exercise every morning (usually my Peloton), checking out the latest restaurants, volunteering, museums and gardening.

Homelife: Two great children and one sweet rescue dog.

Quote: Life is inherently risky. There is only one big risk you should avoid at all costs, and that is the risk of doing nothing. Denis Waitley.
